AssistOwl Personal offers self-serve access for individuals, including people working in small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and larger companies. Each subscription is for an individual account and is billed through Stripe. Start with the 14-day Free trial, then choose Standard, Pro or Business for the capacity you need. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings — access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What every plan includes
- Connect Gmail, Outlook, and Office 365 mailboxes.
- AI daily briefings, smart replies, and email categorisation.
- Calendar and Drive sync, tasks, notes, and contacts.
- AI usage dashboard and productivity analytics.
- AI processing on UK and EU hosted infrastructure.
- Encrypted storage and the ability to disconnect or delete your data.
Billing details
- Payment processor — payments are handled securely by Stripe; AssistOwl never stores your card details.
- Billing cycle — plans are charged at the start of each billing period (monthly, or annual where offered).
- Cancellation — cancel any time; you keep paid features until the end of the current period.
- Upgrades & downgrades — upgrades are prorated and charged immediately; downgrade credit applies to future periods.
Corporate plans
SMEs and larger companies that need an organisation-managed deployment on their own dedicated VM with full data isolation use the sales-led Corporate offering, sold in blocks of 10 users.
